Using Language to Change Lives
God is using our English as a Second Language school for far more than just to teach English!

One day the staff of our first ever ESL was feeling a little discouraged because only two students had shown up.

During the break time, one student casually mentioned that he helped work out plans for the macro economic development for the western half of China. The staff was blown away! It was like God was speaking to not look at numbers, but that as we were faithful, He would bring us the right students.

In his four months of the ESL, that student went from being a staunch Communist to attending church every Sunday and even weekly Bible studies.

One of our current ESL students is from Eritrea. Her husband is very encouraged. "In just three months my wife has changed from being very shy and hesitant about going into offices to clean, when people are working there, to being bolder and more confident now, and talking to employees who may still be  working in the offices that she cleans," he said.

She and her husband are planting a church among Eritreans in a neighbouring state. They are hungry for input and advice on how to plant the church, and how to study and teach the Bible.

If you would like to learn how to let God use your knowledge of English to reach the unreached come join us!

We will be more than  happy to coach you as long as you need until you are ready to go wherever God may lead you. As a base, our goals are to send TESOL teams to Asia and the Middle East.

If you feel God stirring your heart for any of these nations, come and join us. You'll have excellent opportunities to practice your skills on a large international student population at the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
