Our PHOS House models Christian discipleship for university students.
We are looking for more people to help us run the house in the next
school year. You could be involved in one-on-one discipleship,
hospitality, preparing and leading Bible studies, house administration,
or coordinating mobilization (PR).

Do you like to organize events to
create a gathering for people? Do you have a passion to create
hospitality and fun in a community? Do you have a gift for public
relations? We need someone like you for our campus! Everything from
Fall kick-off to Halloween Outreach to Graduation parties. Can you
create a weekly large group gathering for worship, and mission
mobilization for students? We have room for your skills and creativity

International Student Ministry:
Unreached Student Group Leaders
Do you want to reach the
unreached here in America? Do you want to work with Muslim students?
Hindu students? Buddhist students? Do you want to sharpen your Bible
study and discipleship skills? Madison is home to nearly 4,000
international students and their families. Why not try to pioneer a
church here for specific people group as you prepare to go overseas? Or
it might be a long term ministry for you to disciple nations at your
doorstep.

Do you have a desire
to see changes in Asia and the Middle East? Come join YWAM Madison's
ESL program. Help teach English. You could also be part of helping
establish TESOL, a school that trains people to teach English in the US
and other countries. Would you like to join an English-teaching team in
Asia in 2008?

Would you like to see African American youth trained and released into missions? Join our ongoing ministry in Madison.
Communications/Mobilization:

you think in pictures? Is missions--or getting people to discover their
calling--your passion? Do you like finding fun, new ways to express
ideas? We need people with graphic design skills who are comfortable
creating graphics and layouts for the web, ads, brochures, fliers, etc.
We're also looking for talented photographers and people comfortable
behind a video camera to help capture the world God created and how
He's involved.
Writer
Do you find yourself wondering
how you could write about weird (or even mundane) situations you've
been in? Do you enjoy writing or helping others write about their
experiences? Are you interested in interviewing? We're looking for more
people who can write missions and new stories, marketing and
promotional copy, or who simply want to use their writing talents in
missions.

Training:
DTS Staff:
Do
you have a heart for discipleship? Are you willing to build
relationships with students and invest in their lives even after the
DTS is over? We're looking for committed DTS staff (minimum two years),
especially male staff, who have a solid relationship with God and
teachable character. Experience would be great, but we are also willing
to train. There is also the possibility that the DTS staff would be
able to work in other departments for part of the year.

SOTB Staff:
School of the Bible staff have the unique privilege of continuing the
training they received during their SOTB. They're trained in how to
teach, disciple, and to lead small groups and outreaches. SOTB Staff
get to sit in on the lectures and help the students process the
material and what God is doing in their lives. The nations need you to
help us train more people to impact the world.
